Shipping Policy

At Order of the Wild, every order is thoughtfully prepared with care. As many of our products are personalised and curated by hand, processing times may vary slightly throughout the year.

Subscription Boxes

Our monthly subscription boxes are dispatched on the 1st of each month.

Orders placed before the monthly cut-off date will be included in the upcoming dispatch. Orders placed after this date will begin with the following month’s box.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your chosen delivery service and seasonal demand.

Keepsakes and Personalised Products

Personalised and handmade items may require additional preparation time. Estimated dispatch times will be provided at the time of ordering.

Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation and any available tracking information.

While every effort is made to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly, Order of the Wild cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services, adverse weather or circumstances beyond our control.
