Refund policy

At Order of the Wild, every box and keepsake is thoughtfully prepared with care, and many of our products are personalised specifically for your companion.

Due to the bespoke nature of personalised items, together with hygiene and safety considerations surrounding edible products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for unwanted items or changes of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will always do our best to put things right.

As our natural products may vary in size, shape and colour, slight differences from photographs should be considered part of their unique character and do not constitute a fault.
